Should i or shouldn't i go to the ER?

I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest,  have the worse headache that doesn't wanna go away, cramping on the bottom right of my stomach,  my right eye feels like it's bursting out of the socket, and last but not least I feel as of my blood pressure is dangerously high. Did I mention I'm 18 weeks and some days pregnant.

If you're pregnant and feeling very off, you need to seek medical help. Better be safe than sorry!!!!

I would definitely go. always better safe than sorry. I'd rather get there and have them tell me I'm fine than sit at home worrying and wish I would have went.

Update: I didn't go since my mother wouldn't watch the kids so when I have a day off and they are at school I'll go.  Thanks for the concerns everyone happy Easter.
