OB told me not to drive..

I had a c-section last week and my OB ran down a list of things I can't do for a few weeks, one of those being driving. She didn't explain why and I didn't think to ask, but earlier today I drove and my husband freaked out about it. I assumed the reason was because of my pain medication and I hadn't taken them in over 24 hours, but he's convinced it's for some other reason related to my incision?? Could he be correct? Anybody been told not to drive after c-section?
