wierd question UPDATE*

So my boy has lazy days. It really freaks me out bc there's days he doesn't move much. But next day he will b off the chain. So today I woke up at 7am and it's now 11am and haven't felt him. But if I lay on my back and hold my breathe my stomach pulses up and down like a heart beat. Is that his heartbeat or mine? I just don't wanna go to L&D for no reason n if that's his heart beat then he's good right? But I also don't wanna chalk it up to it's a lazy day and it b something more. I have drank water and coffee and laid down and nothing. I'm almost 32 weeks.
