Baby Only Scooting/Rolling in His Sleep

Alexa

Is anyone else's baby moving way more when they're asleep? My son just turned 5 months and his tummy time is basically alternating between propping himself up on his arms, arching his back and "swimming", and suck anything and everything put in front of him. He's rolled front to back a handful of times in the past couple of months, but never really on purpose. All of which I'm fine with, we'll just keep practicing.

But he sleeps in a crib and the past couple of night he moves like crazy in his sleep. He probably rolled over three times last night alone and repeatedly scootched himself all the way from one end of the crib to the other. It's really funny/bizarre to me.

Anyone else with a similar experience?
