mastitis 😡

So I got diagnosed with mastitis last night and omg the pain is getting worse ! It was only on one side last night and today both breasts are hurting !! This pain is horrible! Ive been crying like crazy because it hurts so bad. I've tied using heating pads, I'm on the antibiotic, I've taken Tylenol with ibuprofen, tried pumping to release some pressure and that just made the pain worse.. I don't know what to do.. this pain is absolutely horrible.
