Has anyone heard of getting pregnant naturally without having Fallopian tubes? I've had three ectopics that resulted in surgically removing both Fallopian tubes and can only do IVF to try to get pregnant. I lost my IVF baby in December last year and  have had a 'normal' cycle for two months but I'm late 6 days and feeling very tired all the time. It could be all in my head but I'm curious to hear your thoughts.

I'm missing one Fallopian tube and I was told by my RE that it was possible for an egg to migrate from the ovary on the missing side to my remaining Fallopian tube, but I don't know how it would work if you had no tube at all. That being said, I had twins by IVF 4.5 years ago and after they were born I was told I couldn't have any more babies. I'm now pregnant by surprise, so I guess we don't always know exactly what's possible.

I don't know how the egg would make it to the uterus without a Fallopian tube. I assume that when a surgeon takes out a tube he has to close that part of the uterus off so that you dont get any menstration blood into the abdominal cavity.  The uterus would then be a closed network and the sperm wouldn't be able to find an egg to fertilize. I am so sorry about your struggles. I hope that your next IVF works well. Sending good vibes your way.

My cousin has had two miracle babies, her fallopian tubes are not connected to her uterus, which has been confirmed by two doctors and the delivery teams at her two c-sections where they were all a bit confused as to how she was ever pregnant. However she had struggled with infertility and believed they'd never get to be parents. They had quit trying and her first was born at age 36 and 2nd at age 38. With God, all things are possible ☺😀
