Has anyone heard of getting pregnant naturally without having Fallopian tubes? I've had three ectopics that resulted in surgically removing both Fallopian tubes and can only do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> to try to get pregnant. I lost my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> baby in December last year and  have had a 'normal' cycle for two months but I'm late 6 days and feeling very tired all the time. It could be all in my head but I'm curious to hear your thoughts.
