Another try

Hi all, we have tried again this month. It marks about a year of generally trying, for my would be wife and I for our third child. We haven't tried every month, but we are trying with fresh sperm, a syringe and a few medications as I am over 40! We will be thrilled if it works, but have learned to pace ourselves, and will also always be so very happy with the two people we have if it never works.
