light pink bleeding when I wiped...

I'm so scared and nervous right now... I caught a cold on Monday night and have been sick with a bad cough .. last night when I'd cough I would get this like pulling feeling on my right lower side of the abdomen i woke up today and went to use the bathroom.. when I wiped there was light pink blood. I got scared so I went to check for more and got a few qtips and they came out clean... has this happened to anyone ? Is this cause for concern?
