Light spotting at 14 weeks?!

I woke up with diarrhea.. went to the bathroom.. wiped, and there's pink blood coming out of my private. I feel fine. I woke up with a sore stomach and there's not a lot of blood... do you guys think this could be a miscarriage? I'm scared 😰

I had light pink and then brown spotting from 12-16 weeks and here wasn't a problem. My aunt is a delivery nurse and says for some women it's normal to spot. The only time you would need to go to the er is if You have severe cramping and/ or your bleeding bright red a lot. Accompanied by the severe cramping.

I just had that a few days ago.. went to the ER they did an ultrasound and saw baby's heartbeat 126 bpm and said the bleeding isn't much just go home and rest pretty much.. then the next day it was gone. If your not having cramps and the bleeding is light don't worry to much but my advice is go to the ER just so u won't over stress
