period poop (so much TMI here)

Anyone experience labor like pain while going poop the first day or 2 of your period? It seriously feels like labor contractions sometimes! Lower back pain, stomach and abdominal pain, I have to move around and breathe through it because it hurts so bad. Anyone else? Or should I see a doctor? 😬
