32 weeks & contracting! When will I go into labor?

I have incompetent cervix, a condition which means my cervix shortens way before it's ready to open. Before my emergency surgery at 21 weeks, I was already dilating. I've been stable since but I went to the hospital last night because I was having steady contractions. They were more intense than I've ever had before. They monitored me for two hours and saw that while I was having contractions, they weren't too close together. I was having several short contractions but only two 40 second contractions within 30 minutes. My cervix is not dilating or thinning.
