what could this mean??

So I had a d&c march 3rd. Had sex about 4 weeks after (march 31st) was highly fertile and my SO finished in me twice. I took a test this past Friday which has been 2 weeks since my SO went in me and it was negative because I had been feeling some symptoms I had with my first. Now it's Easter so I had a drink. Not even half a bottle of beer and it just wasn't making me feel right it was kind of hurting my stomach like my body was just telling me not to drink anymore. Idk is this just something that could mean I am pregnant again?? I just feel so different.
