How to get over a tough breakup?

My boyfriend and I after 4 years just broke up last night. We were high school sweet hearts and for one year we've done long distance because of differing colleges. I had to make a fake Snapchat because I was suspecting that he was being unfaithful or untruthful. I added all of his friends and found on the first attempt him sitting extremely close to a girl and his arm was around him. Long story short this has never been the norm for our relationship and I feel like his has been lying about other stuff. He tells me he has never cheated on me but lies constantly to "protect me". I could go on as to my suspicions of him being unfaithful but that's besides the point. I've had boyfriends before him but I would say he was my first love. Does anyone know how to get over breakups easily. Are there any support eve groups? I don't have many friends because of this relationships and would like to talk about it. Thanks.
