going into labor soon?

I'm 37w3d pregnant been cleaning since Thursday night. Been having some spotting ( pinkish brown) on a panty liner on and off since Tuesday and sometimes when I wipe. Can anyone tell me what this could be? My mext appointment is not until Friday and my doctors clini. Is closed tomorrow.

It could be a lot of things, really. Only way to know is getting checked out. Possibly mucous plug, but I've only ever heard of (and had) blood MIXED with the mucous, not only blood, so idk if it would be that or not.
