name change at 10 months old???

If someone had no name picked at their sons birth and flipped a coin with her husband on two that were "just ok" and realized it was wrong later and it was an issue for months after he was born, and at 10 months old mom is still very emotionally upset about it and feels like she wants to change it to the other one of the options and "it's just not his name", what would be your thought if she changed it?
