Baby Still Not Walking or Standing Alone

So not only is my 13 month old not walking yet, but he also is unable to stand on his own unless holding onto something. I know some babies do this later than others but I'm concerned he may have an issue with balance since he's had fluid build up and ear infections and had to get tubes. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I try not to worry.
