Foods you are feeding your 7 month old
Just wondering what kinds of foods everyone is feeding their 7 month olds? My lo has had a lot of fruits and veggies, yesterday he Tried ham and turkey. He is really good at mashing up everything with his gums.
I haven't given him eggs yet because I'm affaid of an allergy. I was allergic to tons of things when I was little. Have you tried eggs yet? Meats? Grains?
