so scared of something happening to this baby

I am going on 12 weeks pregnant and baby still has strong heart beat on the fetal Doppler but I can't get the fear of miscarriage out of my head. I just want this baby to stay ok and healthy and stop worrying...so many mixed reviews on when the second trimester starts so I don't know when I can stay calming down. 😞
