Breastfeeding
Baby is 4 weeks old and breastfeeding has gotten so much better but for the past 2days my nipples are so tender it hurts to wear a bra. Everytime she starts nursing it hurts so bad I have to pull back. Now on my boob next to my nipple there's a really achy and tender spot, that's makes me have to apply pressure just so that it will ease.
Any help please?
