Sharp pains 8 weeks 2 days

Hi everyone

Im having shooting pains on right side and little shooting pains just under belly button? I have had the shooting pains before when i was 4 weeks but the doctor said its nothing but now there back and im worried :/ anyone else getting this ? Is it normal ? They r making me wait till im 12 weeks for first ultrasound. Ive seen 2 doctors that said its nothing but it hurts sometimes.
