annoying health problems, 18, ftm, 35w+3
Sorry it's so long but please help! Alright a little background..
I'm 18 years old, and have been athletic since I was a kid. So I've always been in shape. My metabolism was superb. I weighed around 125 before I found out I was pregnant, at 17. The only issues I had were vasovagle (damaged connection between the heart and brain) and bursitis in my hips from being flexible too much too long (which makes pregnancy just peachy😩😭). My blood pressure had always run in the 90s. Every appointment I've had it was in the 90s. No lie, never above or below. At my 15week appointment, I got blood work done and fainted. After taking my bp, it was in the 70s and 80s for at least 2 weeks. It finally got back to normal (for me) in the 90s. The doctor said he wasn't concerned about my bp being lower, it's still healthy. Up until 2 days ago, my bp would suddenly drop, causing me to come close to fainting and occasionally blacking out for a minute. The last 2 weeks at least, I've felt weird. Just bad. Headache, my vision is worse, I'm swelling in my hands, feet and legs, and my abdomen has hurt A LOT more. I blew a lot of this off until someone refreshed me about preeclampsia being a thing. I took my bp and it was 115/66! Very very high for me. I've never been in the hundreds. This was 3 days ago. I've taken my bp at least 6 times daily when I'm calm, sitting on the couch, hydrated, everything and it's only going up. Hasn't hit 120 yet, but 118. Again, I understand it's normal for everyone else and considered a healthy bp. But I naturally run low. Healthy, naturally low. I have a doctors appointment Wednesday, so I'm trying to decide if I should wait to go in or call? I looked for strips to see about protein in my urine but had no luck. Looking back at all my recent urinalysis, I have either a trace or +1 or +2 protein. How worried should I be? Sorry it's so long, but ftm...
