Does anyone eat something in particular or exercise in a certain way in order to lose weight specially around the stomach area?
What kind of workouts should be done?
I am trying to get in shape by June for the mini vacation I will be going on with my boyfriend and I don't want to have a belly gut.
Its hard for me to cut down in food but i am trying hard and i have succeeded a week already, just would like tips, or comments on what to do, eat and exercise
