My last period was march 23 and lasted til the 26 started having real bad cramping had sex April 2 still cramping took 2 test that came back positive then two more came back negative . Went to the er lastnight to find out I had a cyst on my left ovary . Could I be pregnant? Or it's a false positive from the cyst ?
