preterm labor

I am experiencing almost all of the signs of preterm labor, I haven't had any contractions yet. But I am experiencing a lot of pressure. I am 31 weeks. If you guys had preterm labor what was your experience leading up to it? Should I just ignore this until I actually have contractions? Is it possible to have all these symptoms and be fine? I'm feeling pretty nervous. 😬
