So I told the guy I like that I had feelings for him a few days ago and gave him the weekend to think about it and when he saw me today he told me he wants to say yes but there's an age difference and the military. He's turning 18 on the 19th and I'm 16, but we've known each other for about a year. He wants to join the military out of high school and be in it for four years. I don't know what to do because he does like me back but isn't acting on it for those reasons even though the military is a year away (he's a junior, I'm a sophomore) and we are only a little over a year apart. Hen we were kind of talking about it, he said he wishes he were 17 so it wouldn't be like this. Is there anything I can do to start a relationship or should I just leave it alone?
