The bad dreams have started again..

I'm in my tww. When I was pregnant with my son I had those horrible dreams of hubby not wanting to be with me or be in the baby's life. He is one hell of a father and we both want this. My dream last night was me, coincidentally, in my tww but I guess i did conceived and my husband wanted to stop it from happening. I told him no. It was weird.. But i had similar dreams. Anyone else get these dreams?
