TTC with PCOS! Want to hear from yall!
Has anyone gotten pregnant on the first try with pcos? I'm just wondering if it's possible. I don't want to get my hopes up. My cm indicated that I was fertile but I have read where you can still have ewcm and not ovulate. We BD but I don't know what's going to happen. This is my first month off the pill and my cycle was always the same on pill and so far it seems the same.
