no ultrasound til 11w3d
Anyone else's dr not giving them an ultrasound or checking for a heartbeat til after 11 weeks?! This is my 3rd baby. My appointment for the ultrasound is on the day I'll be 11w3d. With my other 2 pregnancies I was at a different dr's office and I had appointments for to hear the heartbeat the week I found out I was pregnant, and an ultrasound around 8 weeks to see the baby.
I had my first dr visit Tuesday and they took my weight, did blood work, and gave me paperwork and an overview of what to expect during the 40 weeks of pregnancy. I knew I wouldn't see the baby since I had already scheduled the ultrasound but was really bummed because I was hoping to at least hear the babies heart beat.
