swollen legs and feet @ 17 weeks.

Is it normal for swelling to occur this early?  I did talk to my doctor and she told me to get compression stockings to wear while working and to "take it easy". The taking it easy part isn't going to happen with 2 jobs, taking care of a 6 year old, and my husband away for work several days a week. I'm also having migraines every. Single. Day. That will not stop even after sleeping or napping. The doctor prescribed me a prescription which is basically a bigger dose of Tylenol mixed with caffeine. A little nervous to take those. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Thanks!
