when should I ring?

I got a transvaginal scan done last week and was told all looked normal and they'd be sent to my own doctor. Should I ring the doctors surgery for my doctors notes on it or just take their word?? My blood tests were all normal but one was slightly raised. I'm getting tested for PCOS if it's not PCOS should I get other blood work done? I have bad mood swings, long cycles, excess hair and I'm not getting pregnant. Thanks
