UPDATE: BFP before missed period...

UPDATE: blood work came back positive, HCG at 51, can't remember the progesterone #. Go back on Tuesday to makes sure numbers are climbing like they should! Prayers, baby dust, good thoughts I don't have another mc 🌈

Is it ok to go to my OBGYN before missing a period to do blood work to confirm a pregnancy? I didn't think about it until now, but will they be able to pick up the HCG 5 days before AF?
