cd 19 no lh surge

Hi ladies! I need help. I'm on cd 19 with no peak LH surge on clear blue advanced digital. Had 9 days straight of flashing smileys after a few low days. Never missed a day testing, lately even tested twice a day. Last month I ovulated right on cd 14, but another month ovulated cd 17. My cycles are typically 29 days and I did have a MC in January. Do you think I just missed the surge this month or is it possible I didn't ovulate at all? I'm pretty bummed out, been BDing so much.  I swear I had ovulation symptoms like twinges in my lower abdomen, slight moodiness, felt hot. I kinda doubt I would still ovulate this late, af due in 10 days, but who knows. Thoughts please!!
