need someone's help

Last few days iv hard discharge 4 different changes in them! First was the light yellow snot looking, second was a dark yellow stringy stuff and the 3rd was white and lumps in it and today I had red dots! And everytime I pee and get one of these I either get a long bad cramp or burning, I'm concerned and ask 2 different doctors and all they say is it's the mucus plug! It doesn't seem right to me! I'm 38 weeks by the way and first child so I'm freakimg out!
