I'll be 30 wks on Tuesday, when is it safe to start bouncing/sitting on a yoga ball?

I was just about to ask the same question. I am 35+2 and have really bad back pain and have read bouncing on one of these can help so I am keen to know when others starting using theirs

Any time during pregnancy. They actually suggest doing it early on, so you can get used to the balance of it. So you can start whenever you'd like. It won't force labor to start, it just helps the natural progression of things, so you don't have to worry about going into labor too early
