I'm 28 weeks and just woke up with my usual morning sickness that still drives me crazy lol !! But I noticed I was throwing up a little blood .. should I go to the hospital??

If it's a small amount, no. It's because your throat is so irratated from throwing up and is very normal for anyone who throws up a lot. A couple drops/ strings is fine.

Your esophagus is probably just irritated from throwing up so much. The same thing happened to me. I'd watch it and go in if it gets worse
