spotting and cramps super worried

I'm 4 weeks 4 days. I'm crampy and I am spotting. Well idk how else to describe it. Sorta like on the last day of your period when it's milky brown? That's what I have. Today it's been quite a bit. I tested a hcg strip I'm still testing positive.. is this the start of a miscarriage you guys think or something else? What else could it be? I'm def past implantation at this point. Help. Advice? I'm worried but trying not to stress because I know that will only make it worse.
