shaving problems

For the past two times i have shaven down there my left lip gets very swollen with white discharge almost like a yeast infection and the Labia majora looks like a rash🤔 it's immediately after shaving, within a few hours not days later. I've tried exfoliating before shaving, using organic coconut oil to shave, & a natural after shave this time but still the same results. The only thing that has changed in my life is me getting off nexplanon after a year straight of bleeding. I never went more then 3 days without a period while on it. It's been a month and now I'm just waiting on my cycle to start. I've went to a women's clinic, said my vagina looked perfectly normal and tested my discharge everything came back negative. What could it be??
