Multiples

My fiancé and I are trying to conceive, however I have a plethora of emotions running through me already and I'm not even pregnant yet!😂😅 What's crazy is I'm really really looking forward to conceiving multiples! Can u plan that? Is that possible? Are there any diets or positions or vitamins that can help me conceive my triplets or quadruplets I so desperately want? I know I'm crazy but can my dreams become a reality? Help! Oh btw I only have 1 tube due to an Etopic pregnancy a few years ago😳😕🙁😞
