sleep training
This week our 4 mo is dealing with sleep regression. He's learning how to self-soothe and sleep alone. He's been doing so well with it however, when it's time to put him down for a nap he throws a fit to be held to sleep... if he falls asleep in my arms and wakes up in his crib he loses it. But, I hate to see him cry it out. I'm worried he may feel abandoned. My pediatrician advised that I do not pick him up when he cries but it breaks my heart to see him crying only to be held 🙁 Am I creating a bad habit?
