Eating healthy 🙄

So I'm 8 weeks and 1 day today and I'm going to be honest I'm really struggling with eating healthy. I'm eating foods I would of never ate before I was pregnant! But food packed with veg like I usually eat is just not going down well with my body! I'm so nauseous and can't eat it. I'm loving bland foods and bread along with salty foods. But I'm so worried that I'm not eating right! I have good days where I can eat food that I usually eat, like I made homemade chilli yesterday packed with so much veg and I managed it, but today I can only manage bland food! I've also been craving battered fish but have been limiting myself as a treat for every other week! Does anyone else feel let down by themselves? 😫😫
