Premarital Sex

For any religious women, did you have premarital sex or live with a SO outside of wedlock? This morning in church, I felt a little shamed by the message being preached. It was about Sexual Immorality and I felt a lot like I was being judged. I know God loves me and no sin is unforgivable, but I couldn't help but feel like my pastor preached the message in such a way where people, especially women, felt like they were being called out. Yes, I have done sexual things with an ex and I still struggle with the guilt from it (and we broke up over 2 years ago!) and hearing what I heard this morning made it a little more harder.
