Vitamins for increasing fertility ??

My husband and I have been TTC for 3 months now with no luck. Does anyone have any recommendations on vitamins for increasing fertility ? 
My doctor recommends vitamin b complex which I am taking. But a co worker recommended folic acid too.

You should be taking prenatals 3+ months before while ttc! They do not increase fertility but important to have

My doctor said vitamin E supplements are good for fertility. I have been taking one with my prenatal everyday. I don't know if it's doing anything but good for skin and nails

Yes my doctor told me Prenatals and folic acid for 3 months prior to ttc !! My last month is next month i'm getting so excited 😆

I'm taking Inofolic...that is folic acid and myo inositol ...for the quality of the follicles. But this is for pcos also so i don't know if is good for you. :)

They don't increase you fertility but you should be taking prenatals. They contain folic acid xx
