what healthy meals can I bring for lunch that don't need to be heated?
Ladies, I need help. I work at a pizza place and I'm having trouble finding healthy/good for baby meals that I can bring to work that don't have to be heated. We don't have a microwave at work and it's difficult to heat things in the pizza oven. I have to limit my salads because leafy greens and many other healthy things are high in vitamin k, and because of my unknown clotting disorder, I have to watch my vitamin k intake. (Vitamin k thickens your blood). I can't take sandwiches everyday, because even with the wheat bread, too much is not good. I don't know how to do this! Please help, I really want to eat healthier for my baby, but I just don't know how because of my restrictions and lack of heat source at work.
