ttc and quit smoking cigs

So, I've bin a smoker for, well let's just say a long time, and I have a question. My SO and I made the decision to quit smoking together. Ttc for over 2 years now. Question is, has anyone that's ttc for a long period of time with no luck really increase their chance by quitting smoking? Ik it's a great decision either way, but just wondering if it really did help some people. Any success stories?
