Which cycle day do you think I conceived? I have PCOS so my cycles aren't very regular so I can't use LMP. I don't think Glow was right this month based on BBT. I got a light positive pregnancy test on 4/22(CD 32). TIA!

I think you ovulated on CD 23 so conceived that day. Glow got my ovulation off by a few days the month I conceived too!

I would say ovulation on cd 23 but implantation can occur any time up to around 10 days after. I have pcos too and was going off my ovulation day but when I went for my first scan it was 10 days off and they said it would have been late implantation. So I would say use the ovulation day for now but try and get an early ultrasound to get a certain date! Congrats and good luck :)

I think if you got a + on cd32, going by your LMP will be FAIRLY close... give or take 4-5 days, but this is very common even in women without pcos. Lmp dating goes off a 28 day cycle, so even if you know your exact lmp date, but your cycles are 35 days long, your pregnancy dating will be off.

Pcos sufferer here too, and had to conceive using clomid and ovidrel, so when I told my new obgyn my lmp date, I added two weeks back from my known ovulation date, instead of my actual period  start date (which would have made my pregnancy seem off by 14 days as I didn't ovulate until day 28 instead of 14).

You can always tell your dr you don't know when your lmp was and ask for a dating ultrasound!
