lubrication while pregnant? help!?

Well my husband is being a turd but we were trying to have sex. I'm only 5 weeks pregnant and was sore. I thought things were good until hubby started trying to get me to go quicker and I probably startled him because I gasped and said "I can't I'm sorry." I wanted to try again but he gave up. I know I killed his libido but I also don't want to be uncomfortable. This is our rainbow baby and the first time having sex since finding out we are pregnant. I know sex has nothing to do with miscarriage. What can I do to make our next experience better? We did some foreplay and that helped but I was still sore and unfortunately killed the mood. Any advice?
