Low Iron, b12 and platelets????
I am 23+6 weeks pregnant with baby #4. I was diagnosed with low iron, b12 and platelets at 12 weeks. I'm taking daily prenatal, iron and baby aspirin. Also b12 shots every 2 weeks. I had preeclampsia with my 1st delivered at 37 weeks. I had low platelets with baby 2&3 delivered both at 40 weeks.
Since I started having complications so early does that mean I might develop preeclampsia again?
Has anyone ever had all 3 low at the same time wil pregnant?
