Has this happen to anyone... Please answer im scared 😰

Ok so i just had a baby on jan 14th... Shes amazing btw :) i recently had some browish stuff when i wiped so i thought i was going to get a period well instead i got morning sickness, headache and a positive pregnancy test... So im due in december on this year my daughter wont even b a year old... My birth control failed me 😭😭😭😭 has anyone had baby this close together... I need some good advise or some positive words no hate please
