My poor cousin! 💔😞

My cousin that I see as a brother is in the Marines and is stationed for away from our home town. States away. The last few years have been really hard for our whole family. We lost our grandma, his girlfriend broke up with him and lots more. Well he got a new girlfriend about a year ago and they got engaged. The Marines isn't what he was expecting and really doesn't enjoy it so he is stuck with that and is having a really hard time being away from family. Well, I just found out that he asked his fiance if they could slow down a little till he figured some things out and she said no and broke up with him. He is having a really hard time. My heart is broken for him. I wish I could hug him and help him, but I guess he's not really talk to anyone right now. 😢💔💔😞

Any advice on how to help him through this?
