Eating disorder??

Okay....so when I am worried/depressed I lose my appetite entirely and have to make myself eat. I also just don't really like food in general, I wouldn't eat if I didn't have to to survive. I also in very high stress situations throw up. Like I just can't keep myself from barfing up everything I've eaten that day and I feel so much better afterwards. This has been going on since I was a teenager, although it's been more intense this year. Does this happen to anyone else? I was just thinking about these behaviors today like...maybe I'm anorexic/bulimic? Should I talk to a someone like a health professional? Idk wtf to do, or even if I have an eating disorder??
